Christine Richardson is a highly qualified and experienced Psychotherapist who has worked in this field for the past 12 years. She is also a qualified and practicing supervisor who, prior to training as a psychotherapist, worked as a trainer/teacher over a 20 year period.
Christine’s experience as a psychotherapist includes work within the substance misuse field, working in GP surgeries and working within a busy outpatient department at a leading hospital which specialised in the treatment of patients with mental health problems.
She now specializes in helping people who are experiencing the type of difficulties for which CBT is an accepted and viable therapy. Alongside of this she provides supervision and training for other practitioners in the field of mental health.
Christine is an Accredited CBT psychotherapist with the BABCP (British Association of Cognitive and Behaviour Psychotherapies) and, as such, is one of only a limited number of practitioners in the country who have met the accreditation criteria.
